The ACC office in Dunedin, which opened in Sept. 2025, has a number of interesting design elements starting with the facade, which features a glass frit designed by Ngāi Tahu artist Kirsten Parkinson" that carries the colour, texture and form of dried harakeke (flax) ."  The 8,600 square metre / 27,000 square foot building cost $40m to build and houses as many as 800 people (1, 2, 3).
