Renovation of the Municipal Chambers building, "the only substantial town hall of the Victorian period remaining in New Zealand still serving a municipal purpose."  The work is being done in four stages from 2024 to 2028.

Rosa moyesii "Geranium" growing in front of Dunedin Railway Station.  Very distinctive red petals with a notches and kind of a matte finish; small leaves.  According to Wikipedia it is hybrid cultivar of a rose native to western China.
