3 March - For the holdfasts, Locke
recommended two glazes based on Locke's Clear—a
yellow green and a reddish brown—sprayed on in
layers.

9 March - Test tiles (right) showed
the glaze apparently was not stirred enough.
Remade it and added more light green (from 1g to
2.5g).
|
|
16 March - The yellow in the yellow
green is too saturated. Added additional 7g
zirconium silicate plus a touch of dark green stain.
|
 |
20 March - This is not working.
May try diluting the yellow, but I think I want a
matte finish.
